Plate Program

We have customized a plate we want to get passed through the NC General Assembly & DMV that will generate funds annually for us to put towards our disaster relief efforts. 

We would love for you to help us out with our plate program and in the process get an awesome plate as well. 

Cost is $30 annually for a basic specialty plate; of which we get a portion.  If you want to customize your plate (there are 4 spaces you can customize) there is an additional $30 fee ($60 total).

Please click the link below once you have the above items to fill out the form and make your payment. 

Once we reach 500 applications this will go before the NC General Assembly for approval and then be processed.
